The Patch Program

Our Peace Patches program offers a simple solution to help make a difference in the lives of people throughout the world. Does your team want to become a part of our team? You can join the Peace Passer’s efforts globally by purchasing these one of a kind iron on patches for your team/club. This simple 5 dollar fee will help start soccer leagues in places of poverty, distribute soccer equipment across oceans and borders, and promote positive social change in the communities we can reach together.

For $5 per player, your entire team or club can be outfitted with a simple sign of how you helped support a greater cause. Special order colors to match your clubs’ uniforms.

Since inception in January 2008, PeacePassers has sustained consistent growth and support from people who share in the concept of our mission. The start of the organization came about through a shared passion for the game of soccer among of group of good friends. We recognize the values gained as a result of being given the opportunity to grow up with the sport and want to give back by increasing play for others worldwide.

For example in June, 2008 PeacePassers made a $250 donation to Comunidad Connect in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua to help start the first ever youth “La Futbol Sala” league for 10-12 year old boys. For the first time, this gives the younger kids an opportunity to play on an organized team. $250 covers the entire season of two rounds of regular season play, plus the championship (semi- finals and finals). The refs make $2 a piece per game, and the scoring table makes $1.50. Needless to say, a little goes a long way. The locals say we are spreading buena onda or ‘good vibes’.
