Making Dreams a Reality

“I love soccer. But not everyone is able to enjoy this beautiful sport. As a little girl, I was always told that one person can make a huge impact. As a high school student, I wanted to make one of my dreams a reality.” – Amy Li

Huge shout out to Amy Li for her leadership in helping Peace Passers since 2012. To help out with the mission of Peace Passers Amy founded Gear For Cheer, a movement aimed at spreading the joys of soccer around the globe. To help raise funds for shipping and get the word out about her goals Amy even set up her own Indiegogo page!

Amy is a true example of someone who recognizes their ability to share their time and talents and make a difference in the world. Thank you Amy for all of your hard work and dedication to the mission of Peace Passers.

Philanthropic Pfriends

2012, 2013, 2014 = 3 years in a row Marissa Baird has written a check and made a charitable contribution to Peace Passers. This year Marissa’s donation was matched by her employer. That’s called a win win!
“Pfriends” might look like a spelling error but it’s not. It’s a Pfieffer University thing that Marissa can tell you all about if you’re lucky enough to be in the same space and place.

Marissa and I have been playing soccer after college for over 10 years now and trust me you want her on your team- Those long legs are deadly on the offense or defense! On and off the field she is passionate about life and has been a huge supporter of Peace Passers since the foundation.  No matter where we are I can always count on Marissa to make sure that everyone around us knows about the mission of Peace Passers.

A very special thank you to Marissa & John (newlyweds) for your 2014 charitable contribution to Peace Passers!
